If you’re new here, I’m Carly, the creator behind Beautiful on a Budget! I started this blog seven years ago as a creative outlet to share my outlets as a college girl heading into the real world. My life has changes so much since this blog came to be. After a hiatus of a couple of years and lots of time contemplating what to do with this space, I realized how much I missed it, and here we are!
